  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).

  • During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will be notified promptly in case of any unexpected delay.


3. Delivery Time (UAE)

  • Standard Shipping: 1–3 business days.

  • Express Shipping (if available): Same-day or next-day delivery in select areas.

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier availability, weather, or holidays.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.

  • All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress in real time.


6. Shipping Issues (Damaged, Incomplete, or Lost Orders)

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at info@kheyoot-ae.com within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

  • In the case of lost packages, we coordinate with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • We act in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law, which may include a refund or replacement when necessary.


7. International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and vary by destination.

  • Delivery times for international shipments may differ based on customs processing.
